When I'm out shooting,
I'm searching for anything new:

a pattern, colour combination or event.

But specific moments I look for are closeness,
not even in a physical sense.

If I feel connected to the scene,
or I see a spark that I can’t explain,
I press the shutter—
trying not to think about why I did.

Then, if I think it’s good,
I’ll work the scene and take more shots.

I'll work the scene.

Again and again.

Taking more shots.
